<p class="Corps" style="border:medium; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span helvetica="" neue="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Si le meilleur déchet est celui que l’on ne produit pas, la production moyenne par habitant en France demeure élevée. Face à la diminution des solutions de traitement, certains territoires font aujourd’hui face à un « mur de déchets ». C’est le cas du département d’Indre-et-Loire où nous réalisations une étude de terrain auprès de décideurs locaux et des citoyens en nous appuyant sur un système d’information territorial existant, celui d’un syndicat mixte dédié à la prévention. Nous identifions ainsi les prérequis nécessaires à l’établissement d’une stratégie de communication environnementale permettant d’engager pleinement une sensibilisation à la réduction à la source de nos restes.</span></span></span></span></span></p>

Faced with the reduction of treatment solutions, some territories are now facing a “wall of waste”. This is the case in the department of Indre-et-Loire, where we are conducting a field study with local decision-makers and citizens based on an existing territorial information system, a mixed association dedicated to prevention. In this way, we identified the prerequisites for establishing an environmental communication strategy that would enable us to fully engage in raising awareness of the need to reduce our waste at source.</span></span></span></span></span></p>
