<r2r:ml lang="en">We think about politics from their subjects and space. We distinguish two density levels of the subject. The "political-bureaucrat" does not act radically to reduce inequality (Ranciere, 2010), rather, makes preserving it. The political subject in the strong sense, is a "political subjetct exercise of politics" one, combats circuit distribution of material and symbolic goods and services. They are distinguished by their doing. The policy space is an unspecified location, bounded by the freedoms of individuals, the apparent impossibility of making reality collective hopeful and aspirations. Mobilize subjectivities implies turn unbearable injustice to litigants and silent majorities affected. The argument includes the Absent Third linking to the object in dispute. A new democracy, no predicament, which aspires to freedom and justice is the political space in the XXI century.</r2r:ml><r2r:ml lang="es">Pensamos la política desde sus sujetos y su espacio. Distinguimos dos niveles de densidad del sujeto. El “político-burócrata”no actúa radicalmente para abatir la desigualdad (Ranciére, 2010); lo hace preservándola. El sujeto político en sentido fuerte, “político en ejercicio de la política”, combate el circuito de distribución de bienes y servicios materiales y simbólicos. Se distinguen por su hacer. El espacio de la política es un lugar indeterminado, delimitado por las libertades de los individuos, la aparente imposibilidad material de realizar la esperanza y aspiraciones colectivas. Movilizar subjetividadesimplica tornar la injusticia insoportable a los litigantes y mayorías silenciosas afectadas. La argumentación incluye al Tercero Ausente vinculándolo al objeto en litigio. Una nueva democracia, no dilemática; que aspira a libertad y justicia, es el espacio político en el siglo XXI.</r2r:ml>
