Ce dispositif a commencé en présentiel et s’est terminé en distanciel, entre septembre et décembre 2020. L’analyse des notes des étudiants et de l’enseignant au cours du dispositif souligne trois grandes catégories de difficultés qui ont nécessité un changement de postures au cours de la période en distanciel de la part de l’enseignant. Si en présentiel trois postures enseignantes (d’accompagnement, de lâcher-prise et de magicien) représentaient celles qui semblaient les plus appropriées dans la mise en place de l’approche par compétences visée à l’origine par le dispositif, lors de la mise à distance, trois autres postures, ont être également sollicitées (posture de contrôle, de contre-étayage, d’enseignement).</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

This device started face-to-face and ended in distance, between September and December 2020. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.5pt">The analysis of the students' and the teacher's notes during the device highlights three main categories of difficulties which required a change of postures at the time during the period in distance from the teacher. </span><span style="font-size:11.5pt">While in face-to-face, three teaching postures (support, letting go and magician) represented those that seemed the most appropriate in the implementation of the skills-based approach originally targeted by the device, during the</span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span style="font-family:inherit, serif"><span style="color:#202124"> implementation at a distance, three other postures have also been requested (posture of control, support, teaching).</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
