Among the aims of the study was the construction of social connections between participants of different nationalities within digital environments. This article focuses on the construction of digital social connections and the role of multicultural virtual discussions in the formation of new social representations. This proposal aims to highlight the role of virtual interactions in the emergence of communicative behaviors and the use of translanguaging to unlock communicative situations. It explores the relationship between language, digital social links and human interactions. The relationship with the other in a digital sphere characterized by cultural diversity is seen as an opportunity for the emergence of new forms of understanding based on the theory of mind and social consciousness.</span></span></span></span></span></p>
