Dans le cadre de la culture m&eacute;tier, l<span style="color:black">e concept de &laquo;&nbsp;<i>Sensemaking</i>&nbsp;&raquo; des organisations &agrave; haute fiabilit&eacute; (Weick, 1995), dont la trame contient la construction identitaire, l&rsquo;extraction de sens et d&rsquo;indices, la continuit&eacute;, la r&eacute;trospection, l&rsquo;&eacute;naction, la sociabilit&eacute; et la plausibilit&eacute; a &eacute;t&eacute; mobilis&eacute;. Ensuite, pour &eacute;tayer la culture professionnelle, le concept de &laquo;&nbsp;<i>paradigme strat&eacute;gique</i>&nbsp;&raquo;&nbsp;: (le partage des valeurs, des croyances, des comportements et hypoth&egrave;ses implicites par les salari&eacute;s), (Jonhson, 1987) a &eacute;t&eacute; mobilis&eacute;. Ce concept a pour trame&nbsp;culturelle&nbsp;: les routines, les rites, les mythes, les symboles, les structures de pouvoirs, la structure organisationnelle, et l&rsquo;environnement organisationnel.</span> Enfin, pour l&rsquo;analyse des enjeux de la formation des travailleurs sociaux toujours, nous avons mobilis&eacute; les logiques de formation (Objet de travail, syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;expertise, r&eacute;f&eacute;rence fond&eacute;e, reconnaissance sociale et syst&egrave;me institutionnel r&eacute;gulateur) (Wittorski et Sorel, 2005), les logiques de cultures d&rsquo;action (Barbier, 2010) et les travaux en ing&eacute;nierie de formation (Ardouin, 2013). Nous inf&eacute;rons l&rsquo;accompagnement, l&rsquo;enseignement et la formation comme relevant des cultures &eacute;ducatives. L&rsquo;analyse plus globale des activit&eacute;s, y compris des activit&eacute;s de formation de formateurs et ou de chercheurs, rel&egrave;ve de la culture professionnelle. De cette monographie, nous retenons que les cultures m&eacute;tiers&nbsp;et les cultures professionnelles doivent &ecirc;tre conduites conjointement sans discrimination. Les cultures&nbsp;m&eacute;tiers int&egrave;grent les concepts mais &eacute;galement les contextes, les repr&eacute;sentations sociales (Jodelet, 1993) et verbalisations. Nous retenons par ailleurs de notre recherche, la culture professionnelle comme passant d&rsquo;abord par un r&eacute;f&eacute;rentiel m&eacute;tier, que consolide ensuite les activit&eacute;s de recherche du et dans le champ. Nous inf&eacute;rons enfin, les enjeux de la formation comme d&eacute;terminant des professionnalit&eacute;s sociales, &eacute;ducatives et p&eacute;dagogiques.
