<div> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#8e44ad;">Résumé</span></h2> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Notre contribution vise à questionner la thématique de la participation et de ses enjeux  en établissement de formation en travail social. Notre réflexion s’appuiera sur un projet en cours, démarré en mai 2021, avec des étudiants de la filière assistant de service social, des formateurs, des professionnels d’une structure d’hébergement et d’accès au logement,  des personnes concernées et des professionnels de la musique et du théâtre. Le projet vise à construire ensemble un spectacle musical  en vue du festival 2022 « c’est pas du luxe » à Avignon. Ces temps de travail ont pour objet de favoriser des échanges de co -construction où chacun pourra expérimenter la prise d’initiative et questionner son rapport à l’autre. Les premiers éléments d’analyse de cette action font apparaitre l’enjeu d’espaces de rencontres où la question de l’écart entre travailleur social et personnes concernées cherchent à être réduits.</span></p> <h2><span style="color:#8e44ad;">Abstract</span></h2> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Our contribution aims to question the theme of participation and its stakes in social work training institutions. Our reflection will be based on an ongoing project, started in May 2021, with students of the social work assistant course, trainers, professionals of an accommodation and access to housing structure, people concerned and professionals of music and theatre. The project aims to build together a musical show for the 2022 festival "c'est pas du luxe" in Avignon. These working sessions aim to encourage co-construction exchanges where everyone can experiment with taking initiatives. The first elements of analysis of this action show the stake for meetings where the question of the gap between social worker and service users try to be reduced.</span></p> </div>
