<h2><span style="color:#8e44ad;">R&eacute;sum&eacute;</span></h2> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;">L&rsquo;&eacute;valuation d&rsquo;un dispositif de formations non professionnalisantes &agrave; destination des usagers a &eacute;t&eacute; initi&eacute;e en partenariat entre un p&ocirc;le d&rsquo;&eacute;tablissements m&eacute;dico-sociaux et l&rsquo;UMR EFTS. Elle mobilise le mod&egrave;le &eacute;cologique de l&rsquo;&eacute;valuation (Younes, 2010 ; Younes, Gr&eacute;mion et Sylvestre, 2020) et une d&eacute;marche qualitative et participative. L&rsquo;enqu&ecirc;te par entretiens a &eacute;t&eacute; conduite aupr&egrave;s des porteurs de l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience mais surtout des usagers, sur un nombre restreint de formations. Au travers de l&rsquo;analyse de leur sentiment d&rsquo;appropriation et de leur v&eacute;cu, elle a permis de mettre au jour des concepts importants (la citoyennet&eacute;, l&rsquo;&eacute;mancipation ou le statut des acteurs) mais aussi d&rsquo;envisager des pistes d&rsquo;am&eacute;lioration du dispositif (par exemple le passage d&rsquo;usagers ambassadeurs des formations &agrave; des usagers co-formateurs de leurs pairs). L&rsquo;ann&eacute;e prochaine, l&rsquo;&eacute;valuation sera &eacute;tendue &agrave; l&rsquo;ensemble des formations, de mani&egrave;re syst&eacute;matique, afin d&rsquo;alimenter un observatoire des formations des usagers.</span></p> <h2><span style="color:#8e44ad;">Abstract</span></h2> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;">The evaluation of a non-professional training program for social users was proposed by both social and medico-social establishments and the UMR EFTS. It uses the ecological model of evaluation (Younes, 2010; Younes, Gr&eacute;mion and Sylvestre, 2020) and a qualitative and participatory approach based on interviews with social users. Through the analysis of their sense of ownership and their experiences, we highlighted important concepts like citizenship, emancipation etc. and we consider different ways to improve the training system, for example, the transition from user ambassadors of the training courses to users who are co-trainers of their peers. Next year, the evaluation will be extended to all training courses, in a systematic way, in order to supply an observatory of users&#39; training</span></p>
