Notre recherche (Gnädig, 2021) concerne précisément une de ces initiatives. Elle poursuit la double visée de produire des connaissances et d’accompagner le changement. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size:medium"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman", serif"><span style="caret-color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-variant-caps:normal"><span style="font-weight:normal"><span style="letter-spacing:normal"><span style="orphans:auto"><span style="text-transform:none"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="widows:auto"><span style="word-spacing:0px"><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust:auto"><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="line-height:24px">Ainsi, l’évaluation d’un dispositif de formations non professionnalisantes à destination des usagers a été initiée en partenariat entre un pôle d’établissements médico-sociaux et l’UMR EFTS<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" style="color:#954f72; text-decoration:underline" title=""><span class="MsoFootnoteReference" style="vertical-align:super"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference" style="vertical-align:super"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman", serif">[1]</span></span></span></span></a>. Elle mobilise le modèle écologique de l’évaluation (Younes, 2010 ; Younes, Grémion et Sylvestre, 2020) et une démarche qualitative et participative. L’enquête par entretiens a été conduite auprès des porteurs de l’expérience mais surtout des usagers, sur un nombre restreint de formations. Au travers de l’analyse de leur sentiment d’appropriation et de leur vécu, elle a permis de mettre au jour des concepts importants (la citoyenneté, l’émancipation ou le statut des acteurs) mais aussi d’envisager des pistes d’amélioration du dispositif (par exemple le passage d’usagers ambassadeurs des formations à des usagers co-formateurs de leurs pairs). L’année prochaine, l’évaluation sera étendue à l’ensemble des formations, de manière systématique, afin d’alimenter un observatoire des formations des usagers.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

It uses the ecological model of evaluation (Younes, 2010; Younes, Grémion and Sylvestre, 2020) and a qualitative and participatory approach based on interviews with social users. Through the analysis of their sense of ownership and their experiences, we highlighted important concepts like citizenship, emancipation etc. and we consider different ways to improve the training system, for example, the transition from user ambassadors of the training courses to users who are co-trainers of their peers.
