L&rsquo;enqu&ecirc;te par entretiens a &eacute;t&eacute; conduite aupr&egrave;s des porteurs de l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience mais surtout des usagers, sur un nombre restreint de formations. Au travers de l&rsquo;analyse de leur sentiment d&rsquo;appropriation et de leur v&eacute;cu, elle a permis de mettre au jour des concepts importants (la citoyennet&eacute;, l&rsquo;&eacute;mancipation ou le statut des acteurs) mais aussi d&rsquo;envisager des pistes d&rsquo;am&eacute;lioration du dispositif (par exemple le passage d&rsquo;usagers ambassadeurs des formations &agrave; des usagers co-formateurs de leurs pairs). Through the analysis of their sense of ownership and their experiences, we highlighted important concepts like citizenship, emancipation etc. and we consider different ways to improve the training system, for example, the transition from user ambassadors of the training courses to users who are co-trainers of their peers.
