<p style="text-align:justify; text-indent:14.2pt"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Tant que l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s &agrave; l&rsquo;alimentation ne sera pas &eacute;galitaire, solidaire et libre, les injustices demeureront quant aux cons&eacute;quences sociales et sanitaires. Pour avancer dans cet objectif de transformation des syst&egrave;mes alimentaires soucieux de leurs impacts sur le climat, une des pistes est de se baser sur l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience du mod&egrave;le de protection sociale que nous connaissons en France, &agrave; savoir le r&eacute;gime g&eacute;n&eacute;ral de la s&eacute;curit&eacute; sociale &eacute;labor&eacute; en 1945. &Agrave; partir de ce mod&egrave;le, nous pouvons penser une s&eacute;curit&eacute; sociale de l&rsquo;alimentation durable avec un acc&egrave;s universel et &eacute;galitaire &agrave; une alimentation reconnect&eacute;e aux conditions de sa production. </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; text-indent:14.2pt"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">La d&eacute;mocratie alimentaire comprise comme concept et m&eacute;thode d&rsquo;action collective nous donne le cadre pour penser d&eacute;mocratie sociale et d&eacute;mocratie &eacute;conomique conjointement, sans domination de la pens&eacute;e &eacute;conomique sur la question sociale. Il s&rsquo;agit bien de reprendre la main sur le(s) syst&egrave;me(s) alimentaire(s) par l&rsquo;ensemble des habitants et des habitantes en France et d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre dans les conditions pour le faire.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; text-indent:14.2pt"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">As long as access to food is not egalitarian, inclusive and free, injustices will remain in terms of social and health consequences. To move forward with this objective of transforming food systems concerned about their impacts on the climate, one of the approaches is to link on the experience of the social protection model that we know in France, namely the general social security system drawn up in 1945. From this model, we can think of a social security of sustainable food with universal and egalitarian access to food reconnected to the conditions of its production. Food democracy understood as a concept and method of collective action gives us the framework to think social democracy and economic democracy together, without economic thought dominating the social question. It is a question of regaining control of the food system(s) by all the women, men and children of France and of being in the conditions to do so.</span></span></span></p>
