The national strategy for sustainable development (SD) has given culture a place alongside the three foundations of SD: economic, environmental and social, and in particular the implementation of a territorial sustainable development project dedicated to EAC. It is in this context that we are seeking to understand whether there are forms of collective intelligence based on the circulation and sharing of information sources and resources within the two territories concerned. By means of a focus group, we attempted to determine the place occupied by information in the conduct of actions dedicated to the EAC and to demonstrate the existence or absence of informational processes that could be initiated by the actors responsible for carrying out these cultural actions in their territory.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
