<p class="COSSI-corpsdetexte" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Seen as frontier areas, intermediary organisations could be at the heart of the transformation of Social Protection in France. In our view, they are a new territory (or field) of Economic Intelligence. We study them using the ambivalent notion of frontier : which can be both a barrier or a space for exchanges. In healthcare, the frontier as barrier would correspond to compartmentalisation, particularly between primary care medicine and the hospital sector. Interface or intermediary organisations (Hospital at home, Health networks, MSPs, CPTS, PAERPA, etc.) were designed to fight against these barriers. CAFs and EHPADs are also for us frontier or intermediary organisations, particularly focused on the notion of the user&#39;s pathway. Based on the ICCOE (Info-Communication Confidence in Organisations and Ecosystems) theory, which is part of the Information and Communication Sciences field (link, intelligence), we approach these frontier spaces as new informational spaces for rethinking Social Protection in crisis in the context of health upheaval and digital transformation. En sant&eacute;, la fronti&egrave;re comme-barri&egrave;re correspondrait aux cloisonnements, notamment entre la m&eacute;decine de ville et le secteur hospitalier. Des organisations d&rsquo;interface ou interm&eacute;diaires (HAD, r&eacute;seaux de sant&eacute;, MSPs, CPTS, PAERPA &hellip;) ont &eacute;t&eacute; con&ccedil;ues pour lutter contre ces cloisonnements. Les CAF et les EHPAD constituent aussi pour nous des organisations fronti&egrave;res ou interm&eacute;diaires particuli&egrave;rement centr&eacute;es sur la notion de parcours de l&rsquo;usager. En nous appuyant sur la th&eacute;orie ICCOE (Info-Communication Confiance Organisationnelle Ecosyst&eacute;mique) inscrite dans le champ des Sciences de l&rsquo;Information et de la Communication (intelligence du lien), nous abordons ces espaces fronti&egrave;res comme de nouveaux espaces informationnels pour repenser la Protection sociale en crise dans le contexte de bouleversement sanitaire et de transformation num&eacute;rique.
