<r2r:ml lang="fr"> <p class="resume" dir="ltr">La pr&eacute;sente recherche, r&eacute;alis&eacute;e aupr&egrave;s d&rsquo;enfants &acirc;g&eacute;s de 5 &agrave; 10 ans et d&rsquo;&eacute;tudiants, examine les repr&eacute;sentations de la d&eacute;linquance en fonction de l&rsquo;&acirc;ge et de l&rsquo;internalit&eacute;. Les sujets devaient &eacute;valuer diff&eacute;rents actes d&eacute;linquants et d&eacute;terminer les causes de ces actes, ainsi que les types et les raisons des sanctions qui, d&rsquo;apr&egrave;s eux, &eacute;taient les plus pertinentes. On note&nbsp;que : 1) tr&egrave;s jeunes, les enfants sont capables de faire la distinction entre transgressions de conventions sociales, incivilit&eacute;s, d&eacute;lits et crimes. 2) que l&rsquo;on distingue trois groupes de sujets (punitif, social et compr&eacute;hensif). Les r&eacute;sultats sont ensuite discut&eacute;s dans le cadre des travaux de psychologie morale sur la transgression et ceux, psychosociaux, &agrave; propos de la d&eacute;linquance</p> </r2r:ml><r2r:ml lang="en"> <p class="abstract" dir="ltr"><strong>The Evolution of Children&rsquo;s Representations of Delinquency</strong><br /> This study has been carried among 5-to-10-year-old children and students to determine how representations of delinquency change according to age and internality. The subjects were asked to assess different acts of delinquency and establish the causes, types and reasons of punishments which are the more relevant according to them. It can be noted that (1) children can very soon make a distinction between transgressions of social conventions, incivilities, crimes and offences and (2) three groups of subjects stand out (punishing, social and comprehensive). Then, the results are discussed in relation to the works by moral psychology on transgression and by social psychology on delinquency</p> </r2r:ml>
