<p>Notre contribution s&rsquo;int&eacute;resse au processus d&rsquo;&eacute;laboration d&rsquo;une formation en Fran&ccedil;ais sur Objectifs Universitaires (FOU) dans le cadre du projet appel&eacute; ENVOL (Etudiants Nouveaux Venus &ndash; Objectif Langue), suite &agrave; un appel &agrave; projets remport&eacute; par l&rsquo;ADCUEFE Campus FLE.</p> <p>L&rsquo;objectif p&eacute;dagogique de ce projet est donc de concevoir des modules en FOU, destin&eacute;s &agrave; des &eacute;tudiants &eacute;trangers d&eacute;j&agrave; inscrits dans diff&eacute;rentes fili&egrave;res d&rsquo;universit&eacute;s fran&ccedil;aises, visant l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration &agrave; l&rsquo;environnement universitaire et l&rsquo;acquisition de comp&eacute;tences langagi&egrave;res, discursives, etc. n&eacute;cessaires &agrave; leurs &eacute;tudes dans leur domaine de sp&eacute;cialit&eacute;. L&rsquo;&eacute;laboration de ces modules de formation s&rsquo;est appuy&eacute;e sur plate-forme en ligne dont le but &eacute;tait/est de permettre &agrave; tous les acteurs du projet (concepteurs, coordinateurs, experts, etc.) de diff&eacute;rents centres universitaires de FLE de collaborer.</p> <p>Nous commencerons par d&eacute;crire le contexte dans lequel est n&eacute; puis a &eacute;t&eacute; conduit ce projet en pr&eacute;cisant les divers param&egrave;tres qui ont eu une influence directe ou indirecte sur nos choix didactiques. Puis nous croiserons les notions th&eacute;oriques issues du FOS et du FOU et leurs applications concr&egrave;tes dans l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration de ces modules. Nous pr&eacute;senterons la m&eacute;thodologie que nous avons adopt&eacute;e afin de positionner ce projet dans un champ d&eacute;j&agrave; investi par de nombreux travaux. Puis nous restituerons les &eacute;tapes de l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration de ces modules de formation en FOU, qui s&rsquo;est appuy&eacute;e sur plate-forme collaborative mettant en interaction de nombreux acteurs aux comp&eacute;tences plurielles.</p> <p>Nous nous focaliserons sur les questions suivantes : quel type de formation, visant des objectifs ambitieux de double d&rsquo;acculturation acad&eacute;mique, concevoir pour des publics d&eacute;j&agrave; capt&eacute;s par un programme &agrave; temps plein dans leur sp&eacute;cialisation&nbsp;? Pour atteindre &agrave; la fois coh&eacute;rence et attractivit&eacute; de la formation, comment s&rsquo;organiser au sein d&rsquo;une &eacute;quipe multiple r&eacute;partie sur des sites et dans des contextes certes similaires mais distincts&nbsp;? Cette m&ecirc;me &eacute;quipe a-t-elle form&eacute; une &laquo;&nbsp;communaut&eacute; de pratiques&nbsp;&raquo; en sachant mutualiser ses savoirs et savoir-faire&nbsp;? The educational objective of this project is therefore to design modules in FOU, intended for foreign students already enrolled in various courses of French universities, aimed at integration into the university environment and the acquisition of language and discursive skills, etc. necessary for their studies in their field of specialty. The development of these training modules was based on an online platform, the aim of which was / is to allow all the actors of the project (designers, coordinators, experts, etc.) from different university FLE centers to collaborate . We will begin by describing the context in which this project was born and then was carried out, specifying the various parameters which had a direct or indirect influence on our didactic choices. Then we will cross the theoretical notions from FOS (French for Specific Purposes) and FOU (French for Academic Purposes) and their concrete applications in the development of these modules. We will present the methodology we have adopted in order to position this project in a field already covered by numerous works. Then we will review the stages of the development of these FOU training modules, which was based on a collaborative platform bringing together many actors with multiple skills. We will focus on the following questions: what type of training, aiming at ambitious objectives of double academic acculturation, to design for audiences already captured by a full-time program in their specialization? To achieve both consistency and attractiveness of training, how to organize within a multiple team spread over sites and in contexts that are certainly similar but distinct? Has this same team formed a &ldquo;community of practice&rdquo; by knowing how to pool its knowledge and know-how?
