Ce m&amp;eacute;moire, qui s&amp;rsquo;appuie sur une approche sp&amp;eacute;cifique intitul&amp;eacute;e &amp;laquo;&amp;nbsp;Le droit dans le cin&amp;eacute;ma&amp;nbsp;&amp;raquo;, sera ensuite pr&amp;eacute;sent&amp;eacute; devant un jury bilingue, compos&amp;eacute; de sp&amp;eacute;cialistes du droit, des m&amp;eacute;dias et de l&amp;rsquo;enseignement des langues-cultures &amp;eacute;trang&amp;egrave;res. Ces nouvelles orientations, dict&amp;eacute;es par le contexte bilingue et les exigences du futur terrain professionnel, ont eu un impact sur le choix des d&amp;eacute;marches didactiques en FOS et en FOU. Elles ont en effet amen&amp;eacute; l&amp;rsquo;&amp;eacute;quipe, en charge de la formation, &amp;agrave; concevoir une voie tierce exp&amp;eacute;rimentale o&amp;ugrave; elle a entrepris d&amp;rsquo;allier analyse des discours s&amp;eacute;quentiels inspir&amp;eacute;e de l&amp;rsquo;approche actionnelle et d&amp;eacute;marches d&amp;eacute;centr&amp;eacute;es et pluriperspectivistes issues de l&amp;rsquo;anthropologie et de la rh&amp;eacute;torique.
