Cela est dû en grande partie à la nature interactive des formes contemporaines de circulation de l'information, qui créent des possibilités d'offrir des contenus de plus en plus orientés vers le profil de l'utilisateur de l'information.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Cependant, malgré cette nouvelle dynamique adoptée dans l’offre de contenus informationnels, au sein des institutions qui organisent l'information, on observe des irrégularités et des déséquilibres par rapport aux sujets en circulation. Il y a quelques décennies, le discours des SOCs a été l’objet de critiques du fait qu’ils écartaient des répertoires sémantiques des programmes d’études, des thèmes et des préoccupations sociales.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Les SOCs, compris en tant que dispositifs d'information et de connaissance, sont structurés comme des systèmes conceptuels qui articulent les termes, les définitions, les relations et les propriétés des concepts adoptés dans un domaine de connaissance. La mise en œuvre des SOCs est toujours liée à des principes philosophiques spécifiques et à une dimension structurelle nécessaire au fonctionnement des systèmes d'information d'une institution donnée.</span></p>

L’effort consistait à réfléchir sur les limites et les possibilités de la décolonisation épistémologique dans les systèmes d’organisation de connaissances.</span></p>

Dans la troisième étape, des recherches ont été effectuées sur l'interface anglaise des instruments, avec les termes suivants: lesbienne, féminisme, race / racisme, homosexualité, colonialisme / décolonialisme.</span></p>

Ceci est peut-être dû au long débat critique développé par la société civile et les chercheurs sur la vulnérabilité linguistique représentée par les termes cristallisés, pendant plus d'un siècle, par cet instrument d'indexation. Il a été constaté un effort  pour élargir l'offre de termes d'indexation et de récupération d'informations, bien que le thème de la colonisation soit encore limité sémantiquement dans le système.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">En termes de terminologie adoptée, l'Eurovoc reste centré sur la politique internationale développée par le bloc économique, bien que l'organe de gestion du thésaurus conserve des collections de terminologies sur différents sujets et domaines de connaissance. La présence de termes faisant allusion aux questions abordées dans cette étude est encore rare, fragile et discutable. Un exemple est le terme colonialisme (tableau 1), qui n'a qu'un terme.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Bien que les objectifs institutionnels orientent le maintien du thésaurus, il nous semble que cette perspective est insuffisante pour représenter la diversité des études impliquant des aspects historiques, économiques et sociaux de certains sujets abordés.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Le Thésaurus de l'UNESCO est également déficient en ce qui concerne les sujets abordés (Tableau 1), avec un nombre inexpressif de termes permettant d'indexer et de soutenir la recherche d'informations sur les sujets mentionnés. Cependant, l'agence dispose de bureaux régionaux dans différents pays et effectue un travail important en rapport avec les sujets abordés dans cette étude. La capillarité de cette institution et la diversité des points de vue pourraient être mieux représentées dans la structure terminologique du SOC.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">En ce qui concerne le premier aspect de notre problématique, il a été observé que les vocabulaires liés au genre et à la race sont encore disséminés de manière inégale dans le contexte des SOCs, dans des catégories et des domaines qui ne suscitent pas un débat critique sur leurs répercussions sur le processus de production de connaissances. </span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Compte tenu des avancées technologiques et de la capillarité des études critiques sur l’indexation d’informations, il a été constaté que la mise à jour de ces dispositifs était encore lente et reposait sur des garanties classiques, en particulier la garantie littéraire.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Il a également été vérifié que les trois SOCs analysées adoptent des instruments pour intégrer les suggestions des utilisateurs concernant la représentativité des termes utilisés. De plus, tous développent des projets d'alignement sémantique avec d'autres systèmes pour combler les absences ressenties dans leurs structures. Toutefois, l'automatisme dans l'utilisation de cette procédure peut entraîner un effacement répété dans l'offre d'expressions révélant des contenus et des connaissances non hégémoniques.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;text-align: justify;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:9pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Les résultats des études sur la vulnérabilité linguistique et la nécessité de solutions taxonomiques dans le domaine des sciences de l'information, ainsi que les possibilités d'interopérabilité sémantique avec des SOCs plus inclusifs, offrent des possibilités de progrès.</span></p>

L'EIGE est devenu un SOC hautement spécialisé sur les questions de genre et il peut devenir une référence dans le thème pour les institutions qui organisent et diffusent des informations dans ce domaine. L'instrument compte environ 400 termes et est organisé en six microthésaurus répartis comme suit: soins, travail et économie (66 termes), prise de décision (103 termes), Gouvernance (105 termes), Mouvements et études (29 termes), sexe, genre et sexualité (63 termes) et questions sociales (126 termes)</span></p>
