<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Anim&eacute;s par l&rsquo;urgence &agrave; agir face aux incidences du d&eacute;r&egrave;glement climatique engendr&eacute; par l&rsquo;activit&eacute; humaine, un groupe de travail (&eacute;tudiants et formateurs) s&rsquo;est constitu&eacute; il y a 3 ans &agrave; l&rsquo;IRTS des Hauts de France, site m&eacute;tropole Lilloise.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Au-del&agrave; d&rsquo;un foisonnement de questions autour de la place du travail social dans la transition sociale et &eacute;cologique de nos soci&eacute;t&eacute;s, ce groupe a reli&eacute; la question environnementale &agrave; la question sociale en d&eacute;finissant un enjeu majeur pour le travail social: <b>&nbsp;</b>face aux incidences du d&eacute;r&egrave;glement climatique, les personnes les plus fragiles seront les plus en difficult&eacute;s pour acc&eacute;der &agrave; leurs droits fondamentaux.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Fort de cet enjeu, nous avons donc port&eacute; la question de la transition &eacute;cologique et sociale comme objet de formation, des futurs &eacute;ducateurs sp&eacute;cialis&eacute;s et assistants sociaux. </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">D&egrave;s leur entr&eacute;e en formation les &eacute;tudiants sont sensibilis&eacute;s et amen&eacute;s &agrave; d&eacute;battre sur les incidences du r&eacute;chauffement climatique et leur place de citoyen sur cette question. Dans la suite de leur parcours, nous soulevons la question de la transition &eacute;cologique et sociale autour d&rsquo;autres questions sociales qui en sont impact&eacute;es, comme le territoire et le d&eacute;veloppement social local (cons&eacute;quence des effondrements sur les territoires et leurs habitants, mouvement des villes en transition), l&rsquo;immigration (la question des r&eacute;fugi&eacute;s climatiques) et aussi l&rsquo;exclusion (pr&eacute;carit&eacute; alimentaire, &eacute;nerg&eacute;tique, &hellip;). Nous cl&ocirc;turons les 3 ans de formations par un module optionnel d&rsquo;approfondissement qui met la lumi&egrave;re sur des pratiques de terrains mettant en &oelig;uvre la d&eacute;marche de transition &eacute;cologique et sociale. </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">L&rsquo;article offre l&rsquo;occasion de faire un retour de cette exp&eacute;rience toujours en cours construction, en partageant le retour des &eacute;tudiants sur ce qui a fait sens pour eux dans leur parcours de professionnalisation mais aussi sur ce qui a fait sens pour nous formateurs en travail social &agrave; faire de la transition sociale et &eacute;cologique un objet de formation en travail social. </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Motivated by the urgency to act in the face of the impacts of climate change caused by human activity, a working group (students and trainers) was formed three years ago at the IRTS des Hauts de France, Lille metropolis site.</span></span></span></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Beyond a proliferation of questions about the place of social work in the social and ecological transition of our societies, this group has linked the environmental issue to the social issue by defining a major challenge for social work: faced with the impact of climate change, the most fragile people will be the most difficult to access their fundamental rights.</span></span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">With this in mind, we have made the issue of ecological and social transition the subject of training for future specialized educators and social workers.</span></span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">As soon as they start their training, the students are made aware of the impact of global warming and their place as citizens on this issue. In the continuation of their course, we raise the question of the ecological and social transition around other social issues that are impacted, such as the territory and local social development (consequence of the collapses on the territories and their inhabitants, movement of cities in transition), immigration (the question of climate refugees) and also exclusion (food insecurity, energy, ...). We close the 3 years of training with an optional module of deepening which puts the light on field practices implementing the approach of ecological and social transition.</span></span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">This article provides an opportunity to review this experience, which is still under construction, by sharing the students&#39; feedback on what made sense for them in their professionalization process, but also on what made sense for us social work trainers in making the social and ecological transition an object of social work training.</span></span></span></em></p>
