<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Il est certain que la pr&eacute;sence du stress dans l&#39;interpr&eacute;tation, en raison de sa forte charge cognitive et &eacute;motionnelle, peut souvent &ecirc;tre nuisible &agrave; la fois pour l&rsquo;interpr&egrave;te et pour la bonne ex&eacute;cution de son travail. Une pr&eacute;paration des &eacute;tudiants interpr&egrave;tes d&egrave;s le d&eacute;but de leur formation semble &ecirc;tre un besoin croissant reconnu par les experts. Cet article vise &agrave; &eacute;tablir des ponts entre la th&eacute;orie et la pratique dans la formation en interpr&eacute;tation, et plus particuli&egrave;rement dans l&rsquo;interpr&eacute;tation au sein des services publiques, en proposant un entra&icirc;nement attentionnel bas&eacute; sur la pleine conscience, et son int&eacute;gration dans les cours d&#39;interpr&eacute;tation afin de fournir aux &eacute;tudiants diff&eacute;rents types d&#39;outils pour faire face &agrave; ce stress, tout en d&eacute;couvrant les facteurs qui tendent &agrave; les d&eacute;clencher. La pleine conscience peut &ecirc;tre un outil polyvalent pour d&eacute;velopper des habilet&eacute;s interpersonnelles et intrapersonnelles, deux &eacute;l&eacute;ments tr&egrave;s importants dans le m&eacute;tier d&#39;interpr&egrave;te, notamment si on con&ccedil;oit ce m&eacute;tier comme m&eacute;diateur linguistique et culturel.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">It is a fact that the presence of stress in interpreting, due to its high cognitive and emotional load, can often be detrimental both to the interpreter and to the proper performance of his work. Preparing student interpreters from the beginning of their training seems to be a growing need recognized by experts. This article aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice in interpreting training, and more specifically in community interpreting, by proposing mindfulness-based training and its integration into interpreting courses in order to provide students with different types of tools to cope with this stress, while discovering the factors that tend to trigger it. Mindfulness can be a versatile tool for developing interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, both of which are very important in the interpreting profession, especially if one conceives of this profession as a linguistic and cultural mediator.</span></span></p>
